CAT 2023: The Common Admission Test (CAT) admit card will be issued today (November 7). Once released, registered candidates will be able to download their CAT hall tickets from the official website — iimcat.ac.in.
As per the official schedule, the CAT 2023 admit card link will be activated at 5 pm. Candidates will have to login with credentials including user id and password and access the CAT hall ticket.
The IIM CAT 2023 admit card will have details of the candidate including CAT application number, roll number, exam centre, reporting time to the CAT exam centre, exam time and CAT 2023 exam guidelines. Candidates taking the CAT exam on November 26 will have to mandatorily carry the admit card to the exam centre along with a valid ID proof.

CAT 2023 Exam
CAT 2023 will be conducted in three sessions on November 26. CAT will be held in 155 test cities across the country. CAT 2023 question paper will have three sections. While section 1 will have verbal ability and reading comprehension (VARC), section 2 and section 3 will comprise of data interpretation and logical reasoning (DILR) and quantitative ability (QA) questions.
CAT 2023 Score Normalisation Process
Three different test forms will be administered in three test sessions. In order to ensure fairness and equity in the comparison of the performances of candidates across different test sessions, the scores of candidates will be subjected to a process of normalisation. The CAT normalisation process will adjust for location and scale differences of score distributions across different forms. After normalisation across different forms, the scores shall be further normalised across different sections. The CAT 2023 scaled scores obtained by this process will be converted into percentiles for purposes of shortlisting.

CAT 2023 scorecards will be made accessible on the official website — iimcat.ac.in. CAT 2023 results are likely to be declared by the second week of January, 2024. CAT 2023 score is valid only till December 31, 2024.
